Refund policy

We have a no return policy for perishable items, including food, flowers, and plants, as well as promotional or sale items. Due to the nature of these goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
